I Think each one are amazing and what a killer shine. I would be so happy if I was able to produce such great results. Also like the different choise of material.

You did all of those in one day π I officially have a new hero!! The shine on those are unbelievable. I have an 8 wheel process from 80-50,000 an I can't get my shine to look like that??!! Do mine need a final oxide buffing?? I mostly play with agates and jasper. Yes, I'm aware it may just be my technique but I'm all ears for suggestions.

Boy oh boy Roger, what a way to ring in the new yr! I gotta say shape wise that round oj is perfect. The polish brilliant on every one.
One suggestion, on the darker stones try a darker background, sometimes that works to get a better photo.

I had trouble for a long time trying to get good results. What finally worked for me was a leather pad and a mix of tin oxide, cerium oxide, and Alumina A. Once I found the right technique and polishing compound I picked up a Richardson Ranch buffing wheel and setup a dedicated polishing station.

Somewhere around 900rpm. I slowed it down a little bit from the stock setup.
