A Gentleman stopped by today and asked about getting an antique silver plated pill box replated, but I have no idea of anyone who plates small items. Anyone have a source ?

Your local jewelry supply should have silver plating solution. A small bottle runs about $18 here. I don't know how you apply it, never read the bottle.

proper plating takes a lot of prep work and uses a cyanide based plating solution. Not something I'd want to try at home. I've heard good things about these guys: www.andersonsilverplating.com/
