I have been busy wiring in the New Shop and put the Two LOT O's up on the bench filled the hoppers with Ceramic media and thought I would give them a try. To my amazement the Damn things started heading for the hills! I could see after several minutes of running they will walk right off the bench! Looks like I will be be framing them in with some hickory trim.

They recommend mounting them to a 40 pound cement block for a reason.

They recommend mounting them to a 40 pound cement block for a reason. That must be why I did it! A Greyhound as we call them in the Construction Trade weighs minimum 27lbs unless you use featherlights which I didn't. I Used a 40 lb Bag of Concrete to fill the Cavities of the two blocks and there was none left over. So they weighed a minimum of 47 lbs each.

You've definitely got some walkers...
I attached mine to two blocks and haven't had any problems with walkers. My advice is to shoot them in the head and then figure out how to deal with the problem.
ETA: heavier is better. As if you didn't know that by now.

Maybe a soft rubber mat for them to sit on or glued to bottom so they cant slide.

It was like 3/8" Rubber I figured it would absorb vibration. I fixed it last night with the framed in hickory as I stated before glued and brad nailed and will add screws today I ran them for 1/2hr last night and they didnt budge. All is good now. Shop is coming along nicely will be posting pictures soon.

They recommend mounting them to a 40 pound cement block for a reason. I simply screwed mine into a wooden work bench. Much easier to move around...
