Any idea what this bumbler was used for? The name on the front is Victor Could it be used for tumbling rocks?

I've seen one very similar, maybe same exact thing; ball mill for pulverizing ore material. Probably could tumble rocks in it if you could get it sealed up to hold water, goshawful noisy.

Yes. These are Parts Deburring for Industry. They are sometimes Used with Media, shapes. Some had Rubber liner some depending on Industry application. These look like for small Metal parts .But there are no lids. Made to run in line
