I am not happy with the "brains" of my digital camera. The background has a big impact on the object being photographed and it will not take a decent picture when lights and darks are mixed. The camera is happier when the lights and darks are separated.

I think that getting excellent pictures can be extremely difficult, especially, if one is not a pro and I'm not. My camera is my wife's 6s+ i phone and most of my pictures use a controlled setting-light box. I found that daylight bulbs and high light intensity on the cabs is extremely important or the color is not correct and dull. Next, I auto focus on the center cab and try to use or set maximum pixel setting. I agree that separating cab colors, background color and grouping size is also important. You can check my latest pictures on 1dave turquoise from the last week. This is about as good as I can do with the 6s+ i phone.

Background applications can make a world of difference..........this from a phone application shooter...!
