Hello all, I am VERY new to all of this, but have recently had some success in identifying various agates and jaspers (feels good to get it right finally!). However, I am trying to figure out what this is. I thought maybe it was some variation of brecciated jasper, or maybe even a bloodstone slab, but I just can't figure it out. Please help a total newbie out! Thanks to all for your help! imgur.com/a/rn7jOOkNot sure how to add images.. I used the insert image icon and pasted the URL, but no luck! Ah well, hope you all don't mind.

Hard to tell but it looks like some type of jasper. I don't think it is bloodstone, wrong color for it.

Skaggs jasper from the Ochoco Mts. can come in that peculiar dark blue-green and rusty red combo - assuming its jasper and not something like Guatemalan jade.

Knowing the hardness can help. If it were more greenish it would look a lot like variscite.

I have some Rocky Butte Jasper that looks a lot like your slab.

My money is on Oregon jasper (like Rocky Butte, as previously suggested).
