Gorgeous! I have a box of it waiting to be tumbled, I hope they turn out half as good as these!

Those look like they have a great shine. Out of all the obsidian I have done mahogany has given me the most fits with micro pits surfacing. Could have just been the source of the rough I had though.

Chuck Thanks Guys! Drummond Island Rocks Chuck, looked them over real good and a Jewlers eye loupe. I have found the loupe will be used on my next Go Around with these. I have a couple rocks that had micro pitts in them not many mind you but I ave a couple that showed their nasty faces during the polish stage. Going over each stone with a loupe so you can do some fixin you may indeed come with a flawless tumble.

You may think you have a flawless batch.... but then take pictures of the rocks. Cameras show everything—- even the invisible.
Your batch looks perfect to me.

WoW thanks all! Pat but turn a couple of the stones over and you will find a small pit here and there. Id say I'm 95% free of Brad Pitt. But for a flawless batch will take a better eye.

Impressive bunch of obsidian. I like the look of mahogany, with the red and black. Great shine on them too!
