#1 Seller said the above was bloody basin plume but it looks different from others on google #2 above is a light purple/grey looks kind of like granite, it was suggested that this was some type of rhyolite or picture sandstone? #3 above was suggested to be medicine bow #4 sold to me as rhodochosite but I knew better at 20$ for almost two pounds, is it rhodonite? #5 looks fossilish

Number 1 looks for all the world like Agate Creek Queensland Basalt matrix with pink and green Agates in the gas bubbles. No 2 granity diorite stuff is my guess No 4 Rhodochrosite is a best guess, I don't think Rhodonite. No5 Some sort of fossil limestone or marble.
I may be way off, I'm in Australia so some of your US stuff is way out of my comfort zone.

First piece looks like some rhyolite porphyry I've seen (feldspar phenocrysts in the dark, fine-grained rhyolite matrix). Agree with you that it is not Bloody Basin Plume. Second looks like a "granite" and/or maybe something containing some mica. Third does look to be Medicine Bow Plume. Fourth, I also don't think is rhodonite. Fifth is definitely fossils.

@rocks2dust got #1 and #5 I would call a Coquina (just a fossiliferous limestone) fernwood got the others, and yes #4 is correct

For reference, this is bloody basin: Bloody Basin plume agate "shield" by Stephan Telm, on Flickr
It really irks me when sellers have their degrees from UMSU (University of Make, um, Stuff Up). When I was new, I bought some "Spinach Jade," that turned out to be serpentine. Pretty in its own right, but still misrepresented.
I love the Medicine Bow. That should make some cool cabs.

I keep coming back to this because the first one was right on the tip of my tongue. The name has Plum in it, I believe. I think it is from China. Maybe Plum Pippy?

Chinese Plum Jasper? not sure. The guy I bought it from gave me my money back because I told him he had identified it wrong. That was nice but I'd like to know what it is. I think there are LOTS of people who just make up stuff to sell rocks, sucks.

rockjunquie is thinking of Plumite (Plumosite?) from China. I have some, but it definitely has very round blobs. Colors are a lot the same though. Black matrix. I think #4 is Rhodochrosite, but perhaps from the Colorado mines, not the South American ones. The quartz in it is weird, but the metalic bits are typical. It's not the highest quality Rhodochrosite, that's why it was cheap, but it's a very nice clean pink and should cab up fine.

I haven't seen it in awhile, I'll trust your judgement.

That first one looks like stuff that's found in copper mine tailings piles in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. Amygdaloidal Basalt
