Finished washing a few rocks off from the other day. When I sort them I have piles that include stuff like wood, tumble next, tumble later and cut. These went into the tumble next bag. I'm getting a little bored waiting for the weather to warm up so I can cut in the garage and waiting for the tumblers in case you couldn't tell. This is the kind of stuff that I pick up around here- besides Fairburns - here's a few I wanted to share. The pictures are a little blurry, sorry. Pretty sure this first one is coral, someone please correct me if I'm wrong... And the rest, if anyone knows what any of these (or any that I post for that matter) are called please let me know. I'd like to learn.

Fourth one looks like strawberry, very cool! That one is my favorite of these, I like the fortification and the colors. It should turn out nice. Thanks!

The third one looks like the back of one of those deadly poison frogs, South America I think. You sure pick up lots of good color variety.

I can't wait to get it rolling and see how it turns out. Thanks. I seem to lean more towards reds and oranges for some reason. They may not be as fancy as some other rocks but it's what I have to work with for now and I really like what I collect for the most part.

First one could be coral, sponge or spotted chalcedony. Check it closely and see if there are markings to indicate coral.
I like the 4th one. Nice patterns.
