Hey cookie, I feel dumb ... I am looking around and I didn't see the cat anywhere. I saw the cat in the laundry basket, but, I didn't think anything about it ... as my wife has a shirt with a cat that looks just like yours on it. I thought it was a shirt ... I guess. I'll wake up and get my whits about me yet! These darned Olympics are keeping me up way too late! Cut stones from noon till 8:00pm, get the animals (chickens, ducks, cats and our dog) fed and put up for the evening, then watch the Olympics from 10:00pm until 2:00am. I'll be glad when it wraps up and I can get back to a regular schedule Enjoy, John

i'll share a really funny cat story for you cat lovers. my mom called me about a week ago and said her neighbors were out of town and their cat that they love so much was dead in the road and would i call their daughter and tell her so she could come get him so when they came home he wouldn't be in the road and them have to see that. so i swallowed the bullet and called the daughter and told her how sorry i was and she thanked me and rushed off to get the cat. she has young kids too and they all cried and got the cat, took it way across the county to their cabin and buried it, told the parents when they got home, more crying. then a couple days later their cat showed up . soooooooooo, nobody knows who got the lovely burial but we're all so glad it wasn't their cat. it looked just like their cat . kim

They don't say cats have 9 lives for nothing! I'd say between being hit by a car, being buried, and making it back from across the county, that cat has used up at least 3 of them. Tell the little kitty she ought to be more careful from now on.

Well, at least Somebody didn't have to see their dead cat in the road. Maybe they thought it ran away cookie
