JugglerguyWhat a fun and interesting video. I remember when you started the year long tumble.. I’m glad to see the results. It’s fun to see other peoples tumblers. Your setup is truly cool. Thanks for posting that. Best wishes, Brent.

Cool project and video. Did you get a decent shine on the AO80 batch? 80 Aluminum Oxide Grit who takes the money for that stuff ? Rockshed and Kingsley north don't appear to stock it? Google search I do see blasting media sold on Amazon and Ebay listed as above. thanks in advance I was buying white AO80 from Panadyne Abrasives in 10# packages, but their website is now offline and I'm not sure they're still selling retail. If you find a good outlet please share.

You are the reason I started tumbling. Between you and meminer , I watched all your vids. Great job! Same here. My wife and I were in Michigan and had heard about Petoskey stones, so we looked to youtube to see how to find them. We found Rob's channel. We started watching more of his videos and decided that we wanted to tumble some rocks too. Now we have a number of rockhounds that we follow. A little over a year ago I met another guy (through my job) from Michigan (living in Florida) who has been a lifelong rock hound and has collected rocks from all over the US. He's been an inspiration too and even gave me an older but working rock saw that he wasn't using. He lives a couple of hours away, but I've been to his house several times to look at and talk about rocks.
