Well good luck with figuring out your wheel, the only experience of seeing one are in videos. They always got to be wet and you don't need to press to hard against the wheel whilst grinding people say.

There is so much too find out there I can't wait till I'm able to get out down there, as my old girlfriend now lives in Southern California. Lots of jasper and agates oh my!

They've such vivid creamy and caramel colors. They'd look great next to a bowl of vanilla ice cream topped with caramel.

Such a hobby brings jubilation to any enthusiast. It's a great thing we all like doing our own rock hunts in good weather. There's nothing else like finding your own rough rocks and minerals, sometimes fossils on a bright, warm day after a period of not being able to get out. Keep living the life.

Looks like you're off to a fine start as well, boojiboo. I'm considering to order a dual drum rotary rock tumbler from Harbor Freight Tools plus the abrasives. Now after reading this thread you all provide very helpful and useful advice.

That first coral kinda looked like a coon's you know what at first, but it's nice and pearly white. They're all pretty and great material.

Hey they have good coloring, especially in the citrine as it is more yellowish orange, and the gray bands are a plus.
