How does that song go... I got happiness in my mailbox... Love in my heart... A tear in my eye... Ok, no more singing.
I agree with tiger eye But could only guess the other ones.

Well, I have a jack hammer...his name is Scott S or Shotgunner. All you have it do is buy him some beer. HA Also, my dad is a no show and there goes my ride but I have other ways to get there, maybe. If I start walking (or whatever) now, I should be there in time. I will keep you up to date on what's going on. But I will find a way to get there. If you don't try, you will never win. There's the metaphysical power of rocks. They've got Dale walking! And I just thought rocks were chick magnets. Everytime I'm wearing one of my pendants in Walmart a couple of old ladies compliment me on the stone. Lynn Well, I still can't walk but with the rocks now I have to carry a role also. So I can tie off a area for the chicks, so I can get around. :)

I have bought rocks and things and they have always sent it to me. I would guess that it would have to fit in a postal box.

This might not even be worth the trouble. Could be leaverite ore? I did get more pieces but they all look the same. I was thinking "peacock ore" but I see no iridescent colors.

Well, the walking part is a no go but you have to use your imagination for the whatever part. Crazier things have happened. :)

Lack of slurry in a vibe.... I have a lotto and if there is any slurry The action slows way down. I put in more ceramics to help solve that problem. I also use 1/4 inch cube AO for my abrasive. Free from a tool shop. Slurry slows down your Lot-O spice ? Thin slurry is ok but thick slurry is bad or too much. Well James I didn't describe it enough. If the slurry is thin it works good, now I use very little water. Mist bottle. But ceramics help to keep the slurry very low.

Sealing can be done using lots of methods but witch one works the best, would hit or miss. Hard as nails finger nail polish or Hot Stuff super glue the red label. Get that from Amazon. I'm sure there are many other items. Hot stuff is shown on YouTube and it says for lapitory use. Go luck It still looks very nice and only being your first try, it looks great.

Don't know where that other name came from but I noticed that too. I do use TapTalk to post pictures. Maybe it wouldn't take the MAN And only the MEN. I don't know.

They look like some kind of ore minerals to me. They also resemble some of the highly fluorescent minerals from Franklin N.J. Have you tried a black light on them? Just a WAG. No I have not done the blank light test. That is quick and easy. I will let you know. Thank you

Is that blue chatoyant or metallic? Looks like one or the other in the pictures. I do know that the color you see is blue. But now I have two places to start. Thank you

I thought this was kind of funny. But I worked for a laser company and we used a power supply the would turn a small 9 volt Battery and you would get over 5000 volts output. But the duration was milliseconds just like a strong shock. So I made a PVC pipe so the mole would walk through it Trip the switch and it got hit with 5000 volts. I got a Mole to go through the pipe a he got zapped. All that did was it caused him to pee all over the place.

Yes I bought a kit to make a pen but the black cracked in two and all rock stuff has been put on hold. Until further notice. But they really are inexpensive and should look cool when it is finished. Nice color in the blanks. Dale

The best fossil I ever found. A Thoracosaurus (Crocodile) from the Cretaceous. Nice looking. So did you find the rest of the croc?

This is an ammonite pseudomorph replaced by pyrite. It's from Germany and half of the mold has been broken away while he cast itself is partly embedded in its limestone matrix. The pyrite has been wire-brushed to bring out the metallic sheen. I bought several of these unusual specimens in Quartzsite about 20 years ago. The detail in the pseudomorph amazes me. That looks very nice now why couldn't I find cool fossils look that?

Holy smokes that fish in jasper is cool Jean! Spiceman. That does look like a fish too but I think it might be a horn coral piece. My fossils are buried under a pile of books right now. Will have to dig out my favorite....Mel It could be horn coral because I did find lots of that during the dig.
