Could that be a chunk of agatized coral? Maybe take a hammer and knock a chunk off? I know how you feel, I had to carry a solid geode my son found a little over a mile, wouldn't have been bad except it was bigger than a basketball!yikes,

That is neat giving an old piece new life. To be enjoyed again. When you tumble it what grit do you use? And is it tumbled to clean up the wire?

I like pudding, and that is cool that you found it yourself I don't know what it is but always something special when you bring it home from the wild yourself. Great job.

What does that doggie like? I am kinda a dog wisperer can't tell you how many people have told me that's crazy my dog don't like no one, as there licking away at me, you did send me a pick of that big chunk, and a lot more that are so great, thanks cliff, and no I'm not gonna take you rock just leave some love juice on it!Lol. She liked meat. .Liked the lamb EUkanuba 50 pounds a week liked. Do you have meaty thighs? She likes the thigh portions. I have a nice piece of pet wood. Might bring it over and you can cut a thick slab and we can trade for a piece of something you have if that sounds like a deal. That way we both have something precious from the other. Grin..Sounds like were dating.. hehehehe Don't let your wife know. Might cut yah a chunk off that boulder some day.
Sounds good! How big is that? Would it fit the 24", I think we got everyone thinking what's in that air up there in COLORADO. Sorry cliff i promised my self no online affairs.Ha Ha Ha. I would like to take a drive and see your wood (that Jasper wood) in person,Lol.

Cool photo's of the owls, some years ago my wife and I where taking a late night ride in a place called phantom canyon about 10 min. Into it what I think was a great horned owl swooped From over the cab of my truck and flew steady right in front of us. With a wing span about as wide as my truck it was huge. Freaked my wife out so bad I had to turn around, not before I turned the lights out and yelled its coming for us.she was mad at me forever. Good job on the wife letting you have that queen size all by your self. You seeing the benefits of sleeping alone?? Phantom canyon still a long, dry and dusty road Frank? Different country in that place. Did you go up the hill to gamble or just out driving around? Haven't been through that canyon for a few years. A unique wild geranium grows there.
yup pretty much the same ol' road, no gambling ,only gamble I make is thinking if I have enough gas to make it around another bend! We used to drive for days some times just wondering taking it all in back when it was just the 2 of us, we been together bout 22 years now, we met when we where 16 ,and cliff she gets the king to herself. I let her be queen of her castle and I'm just her humble jester.
