And, there was no hounding in the trip...only photos. Lol, she had a blonde moment Dave A ? or Dave 1 ? She got too many Dave's ! You are truly missed melhill1659. You can handle all the action at home. Got faith in ya ! Can’t EVER have to many Great Friends!! But yes I got my Dave’s mixed up. Not that I wouldn’t love visiting BOTH. jamespI’m waiting on my invitation to come see your new place!!!!

All this sounds TOO COMPLICATED I may sell all this stuff and stick to sand casting! I don’t carve wax and won’t ever. I do already have a lot of wax carved jewelry for casting someone gave to me that I was going to play with. I’ll keep my vacuum pump for sure for stabilizing slabs.

Hello, I just bought 157 flats of tumble, cutting rough and crystals. I will try and load some on my website sterling-n-stones.com. Give us a couple days we are changing things up a bit and prices too. These flats will fill up med flat rate box. I going ask 40.00 shipping included. Any interest?
Just pick up a collection of rough and agatized coral over 250 five gallon buckets . Lot of North Carolina (Jade) Rhyolite and North Carolina Plume good for knapping. Will be putting together some for sell. Trying to master this picture loading to no avail.
I go through an app called Tapatalk to load pictures.

Instructions would be awesome!! Can’t find any anywhere! One thing with kilns is to bring the temp up slowly. Don't just turn them up to max to warm them up. Will make the heating coils last longer.
You can also get thermocouple controls separately to attach the kiln and thermocouple to. This will monitor the temp and control it for you.
That all sounds like a different language to me James

rmf is correct. I own and previously used that exact machine to monitor and set temperature cycles for my old burn-out oven while cooking flasks for casting. The thermocouple is inserted into the hole in the top of the oven, as mentioned. It takes up a bit of space but worked OK with my old Satellite oven as long as I was careful to place the flasks without touching it. Mileage will vary depending on the type of oven used. I think this Amazon thermocouple will work with your machine but you might want to shop around: www.amazon.com/Temperature-Thermocouple-Ceramic-connector-CR-06/dp/B0713X6XG3/ref=sr_1_20?keywords=thermocouple&qid=1655238119&sr=8-20Somewhere in my files I have complete instructions for that old Rey machine. I can copy them and send them to you (if I can find them after my move - things are jumbled still). They're hard to read ( bad Xerox) but I've been intending to transcribe them since I'm planning to sell my machine and the burn-out oven I used it with, and want to give the new user good instructions. Instructions would be awesome!! Can’t find any anywhere!

I have a perfect cab, but no photos of slab it came from. It has been a labor of love, that took about 1 year to complete by hand. Used jewelry hand saw, Dremel, files, wet stone, fish hook sharpener, polishing sandpaper and polishing cloths. Various grits/polishes. Also used lots of water and masks. A few bandages were required for my fingers, lol. I finished it yesterday. No pictures???
