I'm not watching a 20 min. video, but when you go to a motel in Alaska they all have outdoor electric outlets in front of every room so you can plug in your engine heater. I had one on my '61 Willy's wagon that went in the heater hose and had a pump in it so it actually circulated warm water through the engine. Didn't use it very often here in NY state.
