So, this piece I noticed a bar of red ribbon going through it. But I was just able to catch some color mixed in on the edge of the red ribbon, so said heck, i'll see what its like. This piece still needs work as its off of 600 now and I needed a break. Its crazy how the fire runs through the seams of red ribbon. I couldn't get a video to load so but it under water to really show the color. When finished, i'll find a way to get a good video.

Hoping to hop on the wheels tonight and finish it off. Sadly, on one side it has a fracture from an odd seam how the obsidian formed that runs about an 1/8 inch into the bar. So need to determine how I’m going to fix that. It’s just a specimen piece so I’m not to overly concerned on the shape. Just don’t want to lose much more of the bar.
