Do people actually tumble snakeskin agate? Would that remove the texture or does it hold its designs but just smooth it out?

Depends on how long you leave it in 120/220 (I would not put it in 60/90) it will keep the bumps but loss the white “rind”. Or you can tumble it down more and lose the bumps and it’s a really pretty agate. |

Sorry for the delay Ashley, I meant to thank you for the rocks I purchased from you a month back, but with surgery and all I forgot. The small agate mix is fantastic. I’m using them as filler and appreciate how many little Botswana were included. The Berber agates are beautiful! I didn’t realize how big they were but they are perfect. Once I can use the saw again I’ll cut two. Thinking to tumble one whole, or at least try to. Over all the rocks are great and shipping was quick. Many thanks!
