I’ve been rolling this for about a year. It’s getting close to ready for stage two. It will be interesting trying to polish this in a 3 pound barrel. I bought it from TRS when I was in SD a couple years ago. One side was pretty boring but it’s getting better.

That's beautiful! Contrasting greys are very classy.

That is a stunner, Brent! Love the lace that's grey with the hints of pink.

I envy your patience Brent, I have a few that I have put and and taken out multiple times. I know what what lies ahead I just can't hard commit to finishing them. Looking forward to the final result, whenever that may be... Keep on rollin

Wow, gorgeous. And rolling for a year. Do you have a before pic? How much size has it lost?

Wow, gorgeous. And rolling for a year. Do you have a before pic? How much size has it lost? Thanks Khara. I’m notoriously bad at taking before pictures. I wish I would have. It’s big enough it will never be perfect but it’s getting closer. I’d guess it’s 20% smaller. Hey Randy. That is exactly the thread that made me throw that rock in the tumbler. I sat on it for a good while because it would have made good slabs too. I realized that at my age, I’d better get going on more rocks or I’m not going to get them all finished. OMG Brent!! That is looking AMAZING!!! I didn't remember you picking up that piece...maybe I need to start taking that one stuff that helps with memory...whatever it's called! LOL I can’t remember what they call that stuff either.

Reminding me I have 10-12 large agates I need to get started on…

Looking good. I think it's Laguna lace, but it's all from the same area in the Chihuahua province of Mexico.
