Great finds (especially the green-purple one)! Love the onyx too! I have purchased some green onyx and can not wait to have them tumbled.

Wow!! Super fantastic finds!! The ones you found really do have quite the variances of color and pattern in them!
Love the crosses!
Poor dog! LOL

You were right in my home territory. I'm about 45 minutes from Don Pedro. I've got a lot of Mariposite from between Don Pedro and Lake McClure. Looks like you found some nice chunks. I love what you did with the crosses mounted on a rock base. I'm going to have to steal your idea.

Those are the right stones for crosses if I ever did see any. Very nice.

There is a trail that goes to the right that has a nice quartz deposit as well. I wasn't that impressed by it, but some people have found some nice crystals there. You have to be careful though getting back there. There is open mine shafts

I'd love to see what you come up with

What a beautiful, peaceful, successful (!) place to rockhound! You’ve created some really, really gorgeous art pieces. Seriously.

I'm generally not a fan of mariposite, but you sure got some good stuff. Great job on the crosses!!

Whoa!!! That mariposite is gorgeous. Really confirms my wishes to go down that way and just rock hunt. Way more fun than any tourist attraction.
Beautiful work on the crosses too!
