I have a group of these Crystalpads. The beige ones are from Pacific Test Specialties at 13445 Beach Ave and the black ones are from Crystalite Corporation at 13449 Beach Avenue. I don't know who which company became the other, but apparently they were bought at different times. They are new old stock. Probably bought in the early 2000's. From looking online, the beige ones seem to be for final polish and the black ones seem to be for prepolish. But the descriptions on the back for both say they can be used with Linde A, tin oxide, and cerium oxide so maybe they can be used for both pre and final polish. They are 6 inches in diameter. The have a peel away sheet on the back to expose the sticky backing. It seems to still have plenty of sticking power, but due to the age, I can't guarantee how well they will hold on their own. The directions say "apply thin coat of contact cement to rubber face of flexo-disc before mounting crystalpad" so I guess they aren't meant to just stick by themselves. I have 7 of the beige ones. There are 2 versions of the words on the packaging, but they both say basically the same thing. I have 5 of the black ones. I did some searching online and found Arrowhead Lapidary looks to be selling both types for $10.60 and Kingsley North is selling the beige ones for $12.60 I'd like to offer them for $7 each plus $4 shipping regardless how many you buy. Shipping via USPS with tracking.
