In another life, maybe you'd be hired (enslaved?) to make jewelry for Egyptian royalty.

Looks like you've been having fun with these. I like them all! You have a knack with copper.

They are all nice - and a good addition to your booth. Looks like you were having fun.
One question:
Is the colorful triangle heat patinated or LOS ? With the LOS like that, I never have figured out how to consistently have that happen. Sometimes if the moon is right & I'm holding my mouth right.... Any tips ?

I like them all. Thanks for the show. Thank you Pat! In another life, maybe you'd be hired (enslaved?) to make jewelry for Egyptian royalty. Thanks, perhaps I was. I should have asked one of the "readers" at the show I was at yesterday! Looks like you've been having fun with these. I like them all! You have a knack with copper. Thanks Tela! I am enjoying these. They are all nice - and a good addition to your booth. Looks like you were having fun.

Patty Thanks Patty! I wanted to have something handmade that was less expensive than the pendants. These fit the bill and I have a lot of sheet copper. It's funny with the colors. I kind of had the same experience as you. Now I consistently get the colors and sometimes I don't want them! (although the do buff off real easily) I tried the flame patina but my torch is a little too large. I use gel LOS. I still don't mix anywhere near as much as they say in the instructions. A little container with probably a cup of water and a small drizzly squirt that probably amounts to 3-4 drops at the most. I try and use hot water for everything. Have all the pieces in a container of hot water. Dip in swirl in the LOS and then in the hot water and check the colors. Keep going like this until I get what I want and then drop them in the baking soda solution. It's amazing how strong the magenta color comes on, even more so with sterling. I left all of my Larimar sterling wraps with some blue tint on them. These colors are why I want a good clear coat. The buffing process removes them rather quickly. Some of these earrings come up like a rainbow. Thank you! They're fun!

Yup, that's about what I do.
But the last couple of times I really got color & I wondered if I had accidently boiled the water (I nuke it in a glass cup).
I bet the Larimar with the blue tinted silver must be beautiful .

These look spectacular my friend! I liked Chad's comment about looking like they belong in the ancient Egyptian timeframe...in other words, they look classically beautiful!
