I'm trying to put together a couple of heart wraps, with Valentine's Day coming and all So I re-visited a tutorial I did a while back, & thought with a little adaptation it might just work as something different. I started out with a Plasma agate heart, & the heart shape kind of got lost in all the wire, but when I switched it to the jasper, I think it worked a whole lot better.
Thanks for looking, Patty

I always like wraps that show the cleft. This one works!

I always like wraps that show the cleft. This one works! Thanks Tela. I agree, so many heart wraps end up hiding the most difficult part of that cab.
I definitely want it out there !

I like it, Patty! I've never had much luck wrapping hearts, myself...

liveoak Patty, another gorgeous heart wrap--I love the look, but oh! The back! My mind is swirling trying to figure out how you managed all that--and with finesse, no less!

I have to admit that I think the back on that one is a bit busy.
The woman, who's tute it started out as, has a tendency that way.
I've passed on a number of her tute's over it.
But sometimes the front look is nice enough that it's worth experimenting with workarounds.
Although in my case, that usually means doing the wrap more than once before I'm happy with it.
But I'm learning, so not a bad thing.
Excellent wrap, Patty! I really like it, and you can see the heart shape in there. Thank you, Robin.
I should have photographed the Plasma Agate in the same wrap, it was really drab.
I started re-doing the wrap taller and hated it, so went back to re-visit my first try and found just swapping cabs made a huge difference. I have to remember that trick

I'd like to see it simpler - How about trying a groove wrap?

I'd like to see it simpler - How about trying a groove wrap? That's a terrific idea, Dave !
I've been trying to put together a variety of wraps to sell - I'll have to try one.
Thank you,
Patty
