Looking for some reassurance here on the mentioned vendor - I've seen good things said about them and I"ve also seen a ton of negative regarding customer service. I just bought a blade through them for my saw and I am hearing crickets. I've left a v/m, called three times, sent an email and tried to start a chat. All to no avail. I'm ready to call my bank and ask them to investigate and of course CES has already taken $$ for the purchase. I only ordered on Monday, but the fact that they won't return my messages and I can't access them any other way has me quite concerned. Any thoughts? I really don't want to turn into THAT customer, but seriously folks, step it up a bit!

I have ordered from them but didn’t need any customer service. It was too long ago so I can’t remember the shipping speed. I’d say give it a bit more time. Monday to now is pretty short yet and they probably process orders in the order received.

Thanks, Khara - yeah, Monday isn't the longest time frame, just thought they would have at least responded... and then I'm reading a lot where folks have had to contact their banks just to get resolution because they've not had any response either has me quite concerned. Will give it more time for sure...just was really looking for a bit of piece of mind that they were ok. Thank you!!

I've dealt with them, both ordered and got them to match a couple of gift certificates for the cab challenge. I never had a problem dealing with them.
Although I'm not sure from your post if you received bad product or that they didn't ship yet ?
It might be that the saw blade is drop-shipped from a larger place (usually says when you order)
Maybe send a follow up e-mail this weekend ? Patty

It really hasn't been that long since I've ordered, but the lack of response (and seeing other's concerns over lack of response overall) is what had me wonder. I definitely will give it more time - I guess I'm just used to other companies (cabking, hi-tech, etc) responding to requests within 24 hours - but I also need to give consideration to the fact that they may be understaffed like many. I tried to see if it said drop shipped, but it didn't, so I assumed it would come from them. Anyways - thanks for letting me know about your experience. I'll put my patience pants back on .

I just wanted to throw out a warning.
After having a number of good experiences with CES, I have to report that something has obviously changed.
I had to recently cancel a credit card order with them, as there has been no response for many weeks.
So buyer beware.
