Good day to all . A couple of years ago I made a ring and earrings with charoite and amethysts,, THE BIRTH OF THE UNIVERSE,,. I recently added a pendant to this set.

yurii that is gorgeous! I love your designs. They are so organic and just seem to naturally flow. Question: Do you have just 2 prongs holding the Charoite cab in, or is there another one I'm just not seeing?

In the lower part, a recess is made under the sphere, according to the shape.

Such an elegant pendant! It certainly has an outer space look. The movement in the flowing "arms" is beautiful, as well as the high contrast provided by the textured disk. I really like your hidden bail — the piece floats on the cord!
I suspect that spruing the wax must have been quite complex.

The problem is to bring the cast product to perfect condition. If you master a computer program like Rhinoceras, then you will be able to do the smallest detail. But for now I'm working manually.

You're a very talented silversmith and artist for sure.
Great work.

I don't have a creative enough mind to spout out anything more than "wow"! I'm in awe of someone like yourself yurii, who can come up with such a spectacularly creative design...not to mention the execution!

WOW ! That pendant is a graceful piece of art.
The more I look at it, the more I see & wonder, "How'd you do that ?"
I initially thought there was a textured backplate with the pierced silver on top, but when I keep looking at it, the smooth silver looks like it flows out of the texture.
Very nice design & superbly executed
Thanks for sharing - but now I'm wondering what the earrings & ring looked like, any chance you still have a photo to share ?

Gorgeous! I agree with the others, your pieces are amazing! I have a nice slab of charoite that I'm excited to work with. So many rocks, so little time

Thank you ! I'll try to embed a video. I started out as a mineral collector, then this hobby grew into gem processing (tumbling, making cabochons, cutting) and then into jewelry making. Each of us, if desired, can become a professional in this field - the main thing is not to stop! Unfortunately, I couldn’t embed the video - I’ll give you the link on Instagram. http://instagram.com/p/C0wNQCrIJyo

Thank you for the video yurii. The earrings & ring are spectacular.
You're right on one level, if we keep at anything we get better.
But seeing these pieces, makes me think I'm only good at banging rocks together.
I guess I need to try harder & longer.
Thanks for the show - truly inspiring. Patty

Those are amazing, yurii, and they make a nice set. My daughter would kill for them. Right up her alley.
