Looks like a lot of leaverite.

On the bright side, he was honest enough to post an image of his throwing rocks.

I have been to a few sales where there were half a dozen pretty good rocks in several hundred pounds of mediocre yard rock. TBH when I was liquidating the bulk before we moved 1200 miles I got rid of a lot of $15 buckets like that. About a ton of it is now the neighbors rock garden, just gave it to them.

Selling yard rocks, huh? I detect a business opportunity… This is what I got from digging a 3ft by 6ft garden bed 18” deep!

I do have some good sized granite potatoes in my garden that is just waiting for the right collector. Hand curated (meaning picked up from the dirt) and millions of years old! That means it's a fossil... right?

Appears to possibly be early symptoms of acute Saxumacquīrereosis...

I saw one another of their listings with 7 digit price. I don't think these are serious.

I think they're trying to get something for as little effort as they can. I do remember someone trying to sell a 25 pound chunk of opalized Saddle Mtn. petrified wood for "just" $100,000 because they heard the word "opal" and thought it was similar to Australian Opal. It did get taken down rather quickly

Is it worth more or less, than you can get for it?

I'd actually pay money to not allow that kind of stuff onto my property to junk it up.
