Heading down for the weekend Friday to Sunday to catch Michigan Indiana football game, wont be staying in Bloomington but somewhere within 30-45 mins. Any good public spots to rockhound and not get in trouble? lol

I live further south (about an hour). I don't get up that way much. I'm not sure about what can be found up there other than its supposed to be good for geodes. One of the more popular places is Bean blossom Creek. You may want to research that if interested. As far as I know, not much to be found nearby me, not even fossils. Mostly shale and sandstone.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for it. I created it using AI. (wish it was a .gif with motion like yours has)
