Have not tied yet. Made 3 multiple day trips in the last month, so have not had any time to work with anything I brought back.

There is a lot of quartz at the mine, so very likely the matrix will be relatively hard. I even brought back some general rock from the mine for tumbling.

The turquoise itself is hard enough that it does not need to be stabilized.
