I built a couple of bookcases for the Tile shop my daughter works at and was installing them today when I saw that they are now selling a very nice 10" tile saw. I asked the owner how much he'd sell one to me for and he said he's give it to me at his cost. Man, I was really tempted, but then he said he had a used MK 10" saw in the back room that he'd sell to me for $150. So..... The blade is brand new. So I just had him take $150 off what he owed me for the bookcases and I brought it home. This is a really nice saw. Of course I had to try it out and it cuts through the WWR agates like butter. Some cuts. I was going to clean it up, but why, it's just going to get dirty again!

What a deal! I've looked at those saws, but they're too expensive for me. Now 150 I could handle. :-)

Well not sure what you need a 10" for- but it is a heck of a deal!!! My feelings exactly stefan. That saw would probably work alot better in the dryer West Texas climate anyway. Probably Snyder.

Yes. Deal.
You should get the vise assembly they sell for the MK-101. It will really round out the saw.

Well not sure what you need a 10" for- but it is a heck of a deal!!! Hey Stefan, what's the largest rock you can cut on a workforce? There's your answer! ;D I really like the sliding table on this one too. I'm working on setting up a vise with a crossfeed so I can cut slabs and also a gravity feed so I don't have to sit there and push the rock through.

Good deal. Be sure to post pictures of vise when you finish it. It seems that the blade is also almost completely new. Oh yes I am also green. As I can remember you already have one 10" saw. So this is not something you really need. Did I mention that I am green. A bit.

Couldn't of happened to a nicer guy! I especially like the movable/sliding tray. Will be interesting as to what type of 'self feeding' system you come up with? You LUCKY DOG! Congrats~! Last
