Howdy, Tried to load these into my main photobucket album and they wouldn't download but they did go into the subalbum. Anyway, just a couple more for your viewing pleasure. My best ever slab of Hornitos Poppy Jasper. No fractures and about 10" by 8" at widest. Boy I'd love to find a big boulder of this stuff! And more orbs. This is kind of an unusual bi-color slab of Mexican Leopardskin Jasper ( orbicular rhyolite) and is much more silicified than the usual stuff which can be pretty porous in spots.

Mel, I am going to turn you into the DEA, (Are they still around?) I am joking of course.
Last month I drove up to Robert's and we went to KC, during the ride he asked me what my favorite material was I thought for a bit then said that depends on what week this is as it changes all the time.
This week it is Poppy Jasper, and you are providing my fix. Thanks
Spike

They are both beautiful, but the first one really catches the eye.

Eye Poppin' Poppies! Both awesome slabs. The first one looks to be flawless... no fractures at all! You sure have some nice material Mel. Dan
