Ooooo! Some fun looking rocks there - the red spikey is cool! the red freckles are nice against the background stone, is it transulcent? The bottom pic looks like theres some red jaspers!! ;D I like the ones with the black markings. Pretty amethys clusters too! Thanks for sharing! I look forward to the final super shine!!!!
Cheers, Harry.

Nice looking stones kap! If I'm not being too much of a buttinski though, a word of advice. I think you'll be much more pleased with the final product if you coarse grind the stones a lot longer and get very smooth shapes before you progress to fine grind. That way the surface is much smoother and lends itself to a much finer polish. I know this is a matter of taste though, and if you're using a vibe it's very difficult to get heavily rounded shapes as the vibe tends to preserve original contours. Just my two cents worth of advice *S*....Mel

Great batch Keith. The red spiney one is really cool. Bots, Brazilains, and Petrified Wood are always my fav too. Steve

Thanks for the advice I always welcome any help anybody has to offer . I was thinking about putting some back in for a while longer. This is the first batch I have done with the larger stones. I will back track and try and get a better surface to work with. Keith
