:DGot a new batch of rock's out of the tumbler today. Turned out OK but can you go back to the polish stage and get it better? Anyone done that? I ran them in the polish for 7 day's and then burnished them for 24 hours. Any suggestions to improve? [/img]

My latest batch (the third one, so you see i'm a newbie in tumbling too) ran 10 days in polish, i was not completely content with it and gave it another week. There was a pretty clear improvement, but some three of them simply didn't want to take a shine. So, give a try if you want, they could improve!

Your results will improve with experience but what you have there looks pretty good to me. You can always throw them back in with a future batch and they'll probably shine up a bit more unless they are the types of rocks that just don't polish well.
