Wow! That's a huge batch. They look fantastic and they turned out super shiney. I've got some Lakers (from Snowdog) in my 33b tumbler and I may just let them continue rolling for another few weeks. I haven't checked on them, even to recharge, and they've been rollin' for 3 weeks now. The last pic shows just how good your tumbling turned out. I wouldn't mind seeing a few more close-ups. Steve

40 lb tumbler??? That's huge! I like your recipe, "forgetting" them in the first stage. I like how they came out, with the sharp edges still on them but very shiny in the same time.

I'm going to second Adrian. They look a little rugged yet I see a really good shine too!

Great batch Gil, the needle peaks fascinate me. I am curious about them, were they collected on the front (Easterly) or back more westerly? I am not sure I will go back down there next time, but am curious none the less.

What a cool 'big' batch - and an even better shine! 40lbs!! - It would take me a year to do that in my small CE's. Great job!
