Nice tumbles, Ed. As you already know, I really like the Red Vein. I am looking forward to when the wonderful supply you sent to me reach the end stage. Right now mine are still rumble-tumbling in 60-90 but they are alreay looking so pretty.
Haven't tried any of the Mariposa rocks you have sent, but soon.
THanks again for sharing these interesting rocks with me and thanks for posting the neat pix!

Very kewl Ed! I haven't tried the iron stained quartz from around the ranch yet. Most there is the snow white stuff. I ran some of the white quartz from around the ranch a while ago and it did come out nice. Funny too, the kiddies like it as much as the real fancy tumbled stones and some clear quartz from up by the Glory Hole, they liked best of all. There's some copper stained quartz around the old Tandem Mine. I'm wondering if the blue would stay in that if it was tumbled too. Might be real pretty...Mel
