For the past 7 years I have been driving an awesome 4-wheel drive Tacoma - it took me above timberline to the top of the world on barely there roads and it never failed me. I went where no man had ever gone before and it was more fun than a box of rocks. Unfortunately, with gas @ $3.00 a gallon and likely to go over $4.00 this Spring and pushing 144,00 miles on the Tacoma I yesterday regretfully exchanged my little truck for an an "economy car". Bletch. My heart is breaking. Well, this little box is kinda fun to drive, too, and on a 400 mile trip today got 49 mpg. Guess I'll need a new RTH sticker...long live Toyota! ::)S

The little guy in the passenger seat looks happy; short hop to get in . Hey I gave up my truck for a mini van. And my wife asks me what sacrifices I've made . When the station wagon needed some bucks to fix it up I got a an economy car too. I use it like a truck.

Nice ride! I was actually thinking of getting one of those recently. Great little cars. My current Toyota is still going strong so there's no need. 176K and doing fine, hoping to get to at least 200 or 250. As you say, long live Toyota. Nice car. You'll really have a big smile on your face not having to worry about gas going up. Steve

That is a nice ride. I love my Taurus Wagon, I have been thinking about saving for a different vehicle that will pull my cargo trailer a little easier, but it is hard to find a vehicle that can do that and still get the great gas mileage my car gets. I currently get 28 to 29 mpg on highway trips. Tami
