Howdy folks,'' Still washing our finds from Wednesday's trip. Here are a few more pics of some of my favorites. Thanks for looking....Mel My wife made the find of the day. Fortification agate is pretty rare out there especially in bright colors. This is a fine bright yellow fortified vein agate Sharon found: My favorite small finds, a wind polished red moss nodule and a broken one next to it: A few nice examples of brecciated jasper: Big hunk of red breccia: Finally a pretty mossy piece showing the chipped area. Much more colorful than n the pic!

And the reason you don't go there more often is..........?
I'd have me a tent set up in the middle of all that stuff. If the wind blew it away, I'd get me another tent.

Wow...that 1st one is really sweeet! I think your wife has a great spotting eye. If I recall...I think your wife had the find on one of your other outings. It was posted quite a long time ago, but I think I remember. I love banded agates...have I ever mentioned that?? Steve

I think I'll pee myself the first time I find some beautiful stuff like that. I'd buy that all day long.
