Nice!! How long does it take to drill that many holes? I've been using bell caps, but there's been requests for the drilled holes with a jump ring through them from two bead shops that I've been dealing with. You're using the same set-up as me (UV-10 and a Workforce saw), they work great together don't they?

Bikerrandy, I can do about 20 holes an hour on my drill press with a little tray of water. I've tried many of the small wire bits and and a few small core bits, the 4mm crinkled diamond core bit from Dad's at $6, has worked best for me. Got about 80 holes with one and still working on another. The hard part is removing the bit almost every time to remove the core. Steve
