I got my computer back today and I was going to post pics of the boulders, but they disappeared off my hard drive. But I had some photos of slabs still in my camera, so I can start there and do the boulders at a later date. All of these slabs are from Burro Creek. DISCLAIMER- Pictures were taken inside in crappy lighting and with a very inexperienced photographer (me), all slabs look much better in person than they do on the screen. First batch of slabs The first boulder I cut, closeup Some really cool purple/(or some color I dont know the name of) stuff This stuff is so smooth already, it feels like glass this color is approaching a peach color Another batch, the blue on the bottom was a nodule, it is transparent with inclusions when you hold it up to the light. These are slabs from Joe's rock, quite the color montage in there There was another batch, but for some reason I never got a picture of it, and I have already sent most of the stuff to other people. Every rock I cut seems to have something different, this is such fun stuff!!!! Tony

Tony, these are awesome! I've been cutting some of mine up but my technique is pretty primitive. I can't wait to see more! How big were these rocks?

Deb? You are asking Tony about the size of his rocks? He only brought home 2 sizes, boulders that 1 man can lift and boulders that 2 or 3 men can lift. Nice slabs Tony.
By the way, We received the most beautiful box in the mail, thank you so much, please tell your father Thanks from both of us. I'm going to post pictures of it and the present we got from TonyTerner and from Deb and her Hubby, it has been like Christmas around here. Deb, that letter you sent with the tye dyes put me on top of the world, Thank you.

Does anyone have pictures of the large boulders in tony's truck or trailer ? If you do, will you please E-Mail them to me at :
hkmorrisson@mchsi.com
For some unknown reason the pics. from the forum will NOT go to my E-Mail address. When I try to send them to myself only the frame part of the page comes up !
Damn Incredimail !!!
My friend in Scotland thinks that agate boulders to big for 3 men to lift is just a story and I would REALLY like to forward a couple pictures to him. I believe it would take several larger Scotish agates to fill a coffee cup ! When I told him about the agate found by the RTH group in Arizona he ask if I was out in the garage smokin with the neighbor kid again !!! When I told him about Tony and a couple of the guys ROLLING a big boulder down to the road with crowbars he got real quiet for so long I thought the phone connection had been broken !
Thanks,
Harley
