Ok folks, I've been holding out on this. This is a fantastic wrap Steve did on one of my cabs at Burro Creek. Ya know, the pictures where he's wrapping.. this is it. I've been holding out as it's a present for Christa and I didn't want her to catch a premature peek of it here on the board. I'm giving it to her tomorrow night in Oceanside for her Birthday, which technically isn't until next week, but I can't wait any longer ;D My pic doesn't do it justice.. it's phenomenal! The red you see is reflecting from the shirt I'm wearing lol. I think she's gonna love it! Thanks again Steve!! ;D

No problem Beef, glad to do it. I hope she likes it. That stone is awesome too. It looks so much more vibrant in person as I recall, like seriously electric blue.
Thanks for posting a photo of it BTW. I was bummed I forgot to get one when we were there. I like that background too. Steve

Yeah Steve, the stone is more 'electric blue' than the pic shows, I really wasn't able to capture it too well. It's shattuckite with malachite, hematite and quartz. The hematite really reflects like chrome when you try and photograph it. This one I did at the same time might be a little better Tonja, I'm afraid I've already boxed it up and wrapped it. After we get back from our trip I'll post a back pic just for you (and Tweet)

Wow, thats impressive, I saw the first parts of the wrap, but I never did get to see it finished. That Steve has the patience of a Jedi Knight.
Very Nice wrap and cab, they compliment each other..................Tony

That's what it happens when a master cabber and a master wrapper join their efforts: the result is phenomenal! Happy Birthday Christa! You're lucky!

I saw it in person, the pictures don't even do it any justice..... No offense Brian, it just looked so much more beautiful out there in the sunlight. The cab was an eye popper, had a liquid shine too.
BTW my pick from the rock box was the three cabs you added Brian, lucky me to have followed you, they are awesome.

Wow even the back is phenomenal! I don't go to the wrap board much but that is one of the best wraps I have seen. Great job Steve.
