Hi, I'm a complete "newbie" and have been trying to find a supplier of rock tumbler machines in the UK. I already have a tumbler that I use with metal shapes for cleaning coins etc, but I understand I need to have a rubber barrel instead of the hard plastic one I have. HELP!

i think you can order 220V tumblers from : www.lortone.com/tumblers.htmlor at least enquire, the gentleman that runs this site is British, perhaps he can shed some light on UK suppliers? KD

Hi Bob, Welcome to the forum. Hopefully as KD said, Andy will pop in soon and be able to direct you toward a good tumbler supply in your area. Good luck.

Hi, thanks to everyone who replied, I will try Lortone to see if they do a 220-230volt model, only problem with that is the cost of shipping, I really need a supplier in the UK, thanks again. Bob.

Bob - I use these guys for my gear - including grits, rough, tumblers - everything really. www.manchesterminerals.co.uk/They sell barrels separately no probs - depends on what size you need - and you can order online. Cheers Andy.
