Wow! How "picture perfect" was your Easter day!? Great pics! Thanks for sharing them. Spring started here in Ohio, everything popping and budding and blooming, then cold and snow flurrying for last 4 days, but some sun. Should improve by midweek. I was fortunate enough to spend Feb at N Myrtle Beach, NC, so I'm not complaining. Your photos warmed me up and took me back to a gorgeous beach, in my mind. I love the sea!

Nice pics Ed. As a land-locked person, I especially appreciate the first pic! Sunny and 48 F here today, pretty much bang on average (50 F). It's been a cold spring overall, so still snow sticking around in the shady spots of the backyard, which includes the spot where I do my rock smacking. -Don

I can almost smell the acean air. Thanks for the trip "back home" Ed. I think we may have spent an Easter or two at Bolsa Chica Beach in Huntington. (a few hundred miles south of you but the same coastline!)

Aww that looks so nice Ed. Are those flowers (like the first pink one) buried in the sand?

Flying a kite along the beach is something I would enjoy doing. I have this little helicopter plactic type thing, but with no where to fly it.
