I don't know about the first one, but the second piece is a nice chunk of Stone Canyon Jasper.

The first one reminds me of Biggs Picture Agate aka Dolphite Agate. Where its chipped on the top especially. I would have to see the cut side to be sure.

If the top is cut where it looks like a chip, then I have not a clue what it is besides a conglomerate of Agate and

Hey Jeremy, How are you? That first rock you could get away with just calling it a brecciated jasper. You might find out a little more at (agateswithinclusions.com).
