Wow that's a tough one. So many locations have brecciated jasper/agate similar in appearance. My best guess would be some variety of chapinite. Usually the darker varieties like the ones you've pictured come from around Siam Siding near the Ship Mountains in California. I have however seen very similar brecciated jasper forms from Wyoming, Oregon, and the Parkfield, and Big Sandy areas in California near where the famed Stone canyon Jasper comes from.....mel

Thanks, I saw a pic that looked simialr and it was chapinite, but hard to tell..
