So, I misplaced my 22g square wire that I need for the roaming wire, so until I find it or my order comes in (which should be Monday), I decided to play a bit for myself this weekend. (Tweety, backs are coming! I promise!) The Botswana was going to be the cab I sent to Dan for the roaming wire, only it developed a fracture on the 1200. Can't send Dan a fractured cab! This one used the last of my 22G DS SS round with 22g HH SS half-round bindings. Nope - wasn't enough here to do the big dryhead cab. This little crazylace you might remember from my crazy family. It was unloved and rejected upon arrival! But that's okay. Even if the ungrateful nieces didn't like it, I did. Seriously, they wanted the bubbly laces instead, which I can also understand. This one was done in 24g DS SS square, with 22G HH SS half round bindings.

Unloved? Rejected? poor him! He doesn'd diserve such treatment!

Adrian, I think I gave them too much choice! Learned a lesson there, that's for sure! Tweety - here's your backs: The wire running down the back of the crazylace was needed for stability. I didn't want to obscure too much of the scene on the front, so kept the securing wires to a minimum...which meant it needed stabilized in the frame.

That's a shame about the bot Ronda. I can see the fracture in the picture of the back. The wrap and cab still look great though, really like the lace too! Nice work! Dqn
