Hi, everyone! That's the new wrap I've done this evening. It's a red stone (jasper I think) picked and tumbled by me. Tweetie, believe me, the back is a total chaos. But if you want, I'll add a photo. I tried to pince the wire with a plier to get a sort of rough pattern, what do you think about the result? Adrian

How do you keep the stone from falling out?

I like the pattern very much Adrian, but I'm with Herm. Looks like the stone would work it's way out the end.

Well, Herm and Curt, it was your choice. Take a pill against the nausea and then look: All I hope is that the laughters will not cross the ocean to hear them Adrian

I don't mind the look of the back...it reminds me of a little man holding on for dear life. I'm just trying to reconcile the back with the front. I still can't quite figure out what went where...but it's lovely adrian. Great job! Did you hammer the wire?

Even to me it looks like two different wraps, Herm. I used 2 pieces of wire, one that enters the two lateral holes into the rock and makes the bail, and the second that makes the loops and bind the bail. Yes, I hammered the wire first and then I pinched it with a plier.

See Adrian this is why I need to see the back - we didn't know it was drilled through!
That is brilliant!

The back has "character" or perhaps that's a little character since it does resemble a little fellow who's got the whole rock in his hands!
The front is exquisite!!! Eye-catching beauty!!! at its best!!!!

Thanks everyone. Now I notice too that the back looks indeed like a rockhound trying to haul a rock way to big for him (thus, an ordinary rockhound ) Adrian

Looks great Adrian. I really like the unique style that you've developed. Way to think outside the box! Dan

Thanks, SilverLass and Dan. The problem is I don't have a box, probably that's why I think outside it. I didn't take any wire wrapping lessons and I was inspired only by the posts here and by the sites of some of the members.
