I got the rock today in the mail. It is five pounds like the Ebay add said. Some of the rocks are a little bigger than I expected and they're are some very very small but in general I am happy with my purchase. You all with a, , Tumbler bigger then mine probably will like some of the larger rocks. He sent out the order the same day I made my Paypal payment. if you are looking for Washington Agates Jasper and quartz I would recommend him.

I'm glad your rock came Roger and was as nice as you hoped. Good eyeball Pat, those 2 pics are the same. I pulled them both and looked at them side by side, no question they are identical. The guy must have just made a mistake when down loading them to the auctions and grabbed the same pic twice, that would be easy enough to do. I suppose we should give him the benefit of doubt since he seems to be on the up and up. Either that or he shouldn't say "what you see is what you get" and state that the rocks you recieve will be similar to the ones shown in the pic instead? Later all, Don

I apologize for my delay in replying - I got slammed with the darn flu (I even had gotten a shot in early Nov!) and haven't been on the computer until this week.
I thought I was going crazy when I checked those photos - I did email and receive a reply from this gentleman and he said he just reused the same 'letter' for the picture - sounds good to me - I'm still debating on getting some of these - I will be learning how to bezel set and would like to be able to make some brooches and bracelets with some different stones. I'm keeping my eye open! Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! Pat

Hey sandsman1, I have about 10 more lots to sell before I'm out. That's enough for several more weeks of listings. Hopefully after I sell all that rock I'll have enough money to get myself a table top tile saw too.

That's some tempting rock! Do you use the tile saw to slice finished rocks? Pat

James: I checked your auction and the rocks look tempting. Any reason why you won't ship to Canada? I'd love to get my hands on some of that rough!!
Thanks Dorothy

I'd be delight to ship to Canada. Thanks for bringing that up. I guess need to change my ebay preferences!
Send me a private message if you're interested.
