ralph and i went to calif for xmas, so i didn't get my secret santa gift until i got back home. what a wonderful surprise to come home to. I love all the rocks and the candy is great too. One of the pics didn't turn out so good for whatever reason, but its mostly of just the candy, which will be gone in no time. ;D here are the pics of what i recieved from steve. Heres the best and beautiful wrap he did for me. I love it, and i got a new gold chain from ralph for xmas the i can put the pendent on. The stone is one of stoners, so we all know how pretty that is. Thank you very much, i love it all. I don't know what to start with first as i was very excited to recieve a piece of the jade. sorry the first pic isn't so good, i will tell you all, everyone of the pieces is so beautiful. whats equally as neat is some of this he collected himself. Happy New Year, steve.

Glad you like the rocks and the wrap! Good thing I ended up doing it in GF not silver seeing as you got a gold chain from ralph. I almost did it in silver but thought the warm tones of the stone would look better in gold. Have fun playing with all the rocks. That jade is from the ell river area and might not be jade, more like serpentine or jadeite. I really don't know. It's commonly called Eel river jadde and cuts and polished like jade but I don't know.
Jack, I unfortunatly have no idea what that big yellow rock is. It came in a bucket of rocks from a show. The white parts are full of pits and missing parts, but it makes fantastic cabs if you can find some solid white sections to go with the yellow. Steve

What a wonderful assortment of goodies. Steve told me he planned to send a box of FUN and it looks like he definitely kept his word. The pendant is gorgeous!!!! Lady B P.S. I am posting a link to this thread over in the Gift Exchange thread just in case this one gets "lost" in all of the photo postings!
