Hey Rockeroos, I have only had my Lot-O up and running for a couple of weeks and I'm lovin' it! I have been using it to get rid of all the nasty matrix on agate pieces and geodes before sending them back to the rotary to be rounded off. I have also been chucking in some rough pieces of pet wood in the hope of polishing them but keeping a bit of a "natural" look. Obviously all of the rocks that are doing coarse in the rotary are doing medium, fine and polish in the vibe now. from 6 weeks down to less than 10 days. Anyway, I finished my first polish batch about a week ago. here are the pics. The whole batch My first "Laker". Beef sent this and more to me last year Also from Beef (I think he got it from Jamie...) Carnelian Jasper preforms Pet wood tumbles The "natural look" pet wood pieces Thanks for looking and thanks to those who gave tips, ideas and advice for the Lot-O. You guys saved me from making a whole stack of mistakes. Mike

Great batch Mike! I am going to say the Pet Woods take top Dawg Honors! They turned out really nice, and lots of grain patterns and cool colors. Steve

Lovely batch! I like the look of the wood in the 3rd pic from the end. The last two ones have amazing colors. But you also have in the first pic a marquise shaped cab (black+light brown) that looks beautiful.

I love what you've done with the natural pet wood pieces! It really maintains their natural beauty, while giving them a great shine.

Yep, I'm with you, on loving the Lot-O! As you said, it keeps more of the natural shape, and it keeps more of the actual shape when you cut shapes w/the workforce. And it's quick and easy! Great batch, and I look forward to seeing more wonderful things!
