I've been remounting my equipment for a while and finally got it put together. I have wanted something a little more ergonomic for those long-haul cabbing sessions, and got a great table. The old one was a standing height one but not quite right and I ended up with water everywhere. So here's the fancy new one, complete with GFCI. I also made it skinnier by mounting the motors underneith so I could one day stand a chance of getting the equipment along with the car into my tiny one-car garage (that remains to be seen). It's still missing some stuff, like a kick plate and some better lighting, but it's working. Each machine and the water pump is controlled by one of the switches on the left. I gave it a whirl and it seemed to work great! So you'll finally be seeing some rocklicker cabs again. I'm half way through the first batch. Steve Before: Here I am bent over the thing. My shoulders would ache after an afternoon of this. Here's the new setup! A shot of the motors and water buckets: And some handy bins for my stuff: Here's me in all my safety garb. My wife got me a resperator, call me Mr. Safety, or... "Take me to your leader!"

You look quite dashing with all the gear!!!! Your comfort is very important it all makes a difference to cab production. I have found that sometimes it takes a couple of trial runs to work out the bugs. you look like a good tinker. good luck

Steve, That looks like it's gonna be 100% better for you. I don't know how you could handle standing up all that time cabbing. I'll bet your back will 'thank' you for that too! I am glad we'll be seeing lots more cabs from you! One more thing...I think your wife takes your health way too serious! She must love ya to death!!! Steve

Yeah, that looks like it'll be 100x more comfortable. I sit when I cab and don't have any problems with my back, shoulders or neck.

Take me to your leader ... hahaha isn't your leader taking the pics? Looks to me like you're going to be spending a whole lot more time cabbing now that you'll be comfy. That's a nice set up but as to getting the car in the garage, you know there are just some priorities (read that as rocks) that have to come first.
