Great work! I like the setting. Is it cut and pierce, or did you make it from several pieces? I might try making thicker, more slender prongs. Possibly six prongs rather than four. The brilliant cut lends itself to either.

Thanks, all. Doc, I agree with you, thicker silver sheet would be better and easier to work with. I was only short with thicker silver sheets. I made the setting from one single piece. I firstly formed cone shape, cut out prongs, then I cut out the bottom of the cone, then saw out inner triangles, and finally, soldered back the bottom. Adrian, thanks, but I think that faceting hides so many secrets for me, but hey, that means more fun. Titania, thanks, I forgot - it's 12mm in diameter. Zoran
